He founded the nonprofit organization Amsha Africa Foundation and has been at the forefront of advocating for more opportunities for African talent in the digital space. With the Africa Gigsters organization, Tony and his partners have created a platform for the top freelancers in Africa to collaborate on all sorts of online gigs and get paid at global market rates. The goal of this platform is to bring out the raw digital talent of African youth and showcase it to the world.
